After 5 years of entertaining thousands of children, Sandy and Kathy have decided to hang up their party dresses and leave Sugar and Spice.  My name is Julie and I am delighted to say that I am the new owner of Sugar and Spice and I will be working hard, along with all of the existing Sugar and Spice staff, to ensure that the fantastic reputation Sandy and Kathy have achieved is maintained and built upon.
