Sugar and Spice offers a full party service for children aged 4 to 12.  We are situated in Bromborough Village, Wirral and have provided parties for girls from areas such as Wirral, Liverpool, Chester, Ellesmere Port, Little Sutton, Great Sutton, North Wales and the wider Cheshire and Merseyside area.
